A Few Hebrew Definitions
Unclean, H2931 טמא Tamei: Animals and Foods were either “clean or unclean,” but people can become “Unclean” (impure) ethically, religiously, and spiritually.
Clean, H288 אחימלך Tahor: To be made Clean, physically and spiritually; the ritual process of purification; like the purity of refined gold, Leviticus 12:4, 6. (TWOT)
Skin disease, H6879 צרע Tzara: To be diseased of skin. (Note: most scholars think this is not leprosy; leprosy can be healed, but this was only healed by divine power, procedure.)
Evil Tongue, (H7451 רעה Ra‛ah, Raw-aw') + (H3956 נה Lashon) Lashon hara: This is often thought of as the cause to Tzaras, but we will see a greater application in our spirits.
