Week #6: Toldot - Generations

Week #6: Toldot - Generations

Toldot
Genesis 25:19-28:9
November 24th - 30th

Be Transformed This Year!
You are preparing the Generations (Toldot) to come! Who are they??

These are the generations, descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; but these are also the Generations of Abraham & his Seed, Yeshua/Jesus, and you. All of this is from the Covenant that has been renewed from Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and then again in Jeremiah 31:31-34 and Hebrews 8:8-12. These are the Generations of His Love and Compassion for His Bride, through the redemption of the Son-ship and the Spirit of Adoption. Praise His Name that you can be grafted into His genealogy. This study can show us how we can choose the right birthright, the right kingdom, and how to serve the right God. We also learn how to live from the wells that give living water, that give life and give it more abundantly!

Week #5: Chayei Sarah - Sarah's Life

Week #5: Chayei Sarah - Sarah's Life

Chayei Sarah
Genesis 23:1 - 25:18
November 17th - 23rd

We see this portion is called The Life of Sarah, but it is about her death and burial. Two chapters later Abraham passes, but his is a completion to the flesh LIFE. As descendants of Abraham and Sarah, (Galatians 3) we have inherited their spiritual DNA. Notice in Genesis 25:7“And these are the days of the years of Abraham's life which he lived: a hundred and seventy-five years.” This Torah portion compares Days to Years and tells us that the average person's growth is measured in years; but Abraham's life could be measured in DAYS. Every moment of his life was inspired with Yahweh. Is the clock ticking?? Can Abraham’s example inspire us to do the same?

Week #4: Vayeira - And He Appeared

Week #4: Vayeira - And He Appeared

Vayeira
Genesis 18:1 - 22:24
November 10th - 16th

3 Men appear at Abram’s tent. 2 are later described as angels, the 3rd is God himself, with prophesy and judgement.

Who Appeared In Your Life?

Week #3: Lech Lecha - Get Thee Out

Week #3: Lech Lecha - Get Thee Out

Lech Lecha
Genesis 12:1 - 17:27
November 3rd - 9th

The calling of Abram: Yahweh told Abram to leave his native/pagan land and his father’s house/land/inheritance for a new walk, a new land that Yahweh would show him, promising to make of him a great nation, bless those who blessed him, and curse those who cursed him. Follow Yahweh’s command, at age 75, Abram took his wife Sarai, his nephew Lot, and traveled to the terebinth of Moreh, (teaching) at Shechem in Canaan.

Week #2: Noach - Noah

Week #2: Noach - Noah

Noach
Genesis 6:9 - 11:32
October 27th - November 2nd

Just another cool Bible Story, or is there more?

This is an account of one righteous man (Tzadik) in an evil generation. This nation is just like ours. Notice Noah was obedient to what he was told, but He was so very different. “Noah, build a huge boat, ark, one and half times bigger than a football field.” Do you think people saw him as different?
