Pesach (Passover)
A Very Special Study
March 25th - 31st

Pesach is here, a glorious presence of HIS Redemption, your calling, your salvation and authority over the Realms of the Earth, may you find HIS revelation of Life this season. May redemption bring you
“Mercy, justice and Righteousness”. I have been Passed-over,
and now I have HIS mark, Do you?? Say Yes, Halleluyah!

In lieu of a sermon this week, we will be hosting a Passover Seder

#25 - Tsav (Command)
Leviticus 6:8(6:1) - 8:36
March 18th - 24th

The Sabbath before Pesach is called Sabbath HaGadol: “The Great Sabbath.” This is a great study of our “flesh nature” being a living sacrifice, offered up to Yahweh as His Witness and Bride. The actual understanding of Korban (Offering) is to be in His presence - “to come near." It’s all about being drawn closer to HIM. It’s coming up; Are you ready??

#24 - Vayikra
(And He Called)
Leviticus 1:1 - 6:7(5:26)
March 11th - 17th

This week’s study is a powerful picture of Yeshua. The five types of Korban (offerings) listed below are to bring us into HIS presence. We will always have a struggle with the flesh, even as Shaul (Paul) wrote in Romans 5; we continue to “do what we don’t want to do, and we don’t do what we should do.” Why? Our flesh is still alive and it is warring with our Yeshua Spirit in us. Thank Yahweh we have HIS Love, passion and the Korban of HIS flesh life, Yeshua.

An offering implies a gift, which satisfies the receiver. Just “COME NEAR!” The Almighty does not need our gifts—He has no needs or desires. The Hebrew word is korban, which is best translated as a means of bringing oneself into a closer relationship with the Almighty. The offerings or korbanot were only for our benefit to come close to the Almighty. All of these are Yeshua. Now we can bring them as Holy before the Lord as I Peter 2:5 tells us to bring these holy & acceptable offerings to HIM.

Note: In lieu of a sermon this week, we had a special speaker.

#22 - Vayak'hel
(And He Assembled)
Exodus 35:1 - 38:20
March 4th-10th

(Scroll down to find the second portion for this week below)

We are commanded forever and ever to have the oil in the menorah. Don't worry—in His Presence He will light the Fire. It is the same today. (Ex 27:20-21; Lev 24:3)
Mat 5:14 “You are the light of the world. A city seated on a mountain cannot be hid.” Eph 5:8 “...but now are light in the Lord: let your behavior be that of children of light.”

Nachmanides (Ramban) mentions that “Redemption” should be the name of the book of Exodus. As man lost the right to be in YHVH’s presence at the Garden, it is NOW restored. Salvation, forgiveness, guidelines on how to live, how to worship, and when to worship are the major themes we’ll see in this week’s study, including HIS presence in HIS sanctuary—us. The Ark of the Testimony brings us into HIS witness.

Note: In lieu of a sermon this week, we held a special time of sharing and prayer.

#23 - P'Kudei (Reckoning)
Exodus 38:21 - 40-38
March 4th-10th

This concept of a spiritual accounting plays an important role in this week's Torah portion, P’kudei. A major theme in the Parasha is how Moses gives an accounting of the materials used to build the Tabernacle. The close of Exodus gives us the full picture of Yahweh’s “Redemption.” Nachmanides (Ramban) mentions that
“Redemption” should be the name of the book of Exodus.

#21 - Ki Tisa
(When You Take)
Exodus 30:11 - 34:35
February 25 - March 4

Waiting on God... Still Waiting...  Have you ever waited, and waited, and waited, wondering if He was still there, listening, caring? God's timing is perfect, but what do we do when His plan doesn't fit with our timing?  Do we look for guidance elsewhere? Do we give up on Him? Consequences will follow each choice. He sets before us Life and Death, Blessings and Curses.  What will we choose?

#20 - Tetzaveh
(You Shall Command)
Exodus 27:20 - 30:10
February 18-24

All of us fear judgment.  No one likes to go to traffic court for a violation.  Certainly we don't crave hearing our bosses' evaluation of our performance.  And when we ponder the fact that God looks down upon us and judges us, it is quite a scary thought.  Yet with deeper discernment, we will discover that God's judgment only comes out of love.  If you are walking (halachic) in His Love & Obedience, then Judgment is His Deliverance–Yeshua.  Judgment is Deliverance in Yeshua.

#19 - Terumah
(Contributions)
Exodus 25:1 - 27:19
February 11-17

Ha Mishkan: The Tabernacle. This is where God dwells, and loves it, as in Psalms 26:8. In the beginning of Parasha Terumah (Exodus 25:1-7), God tells Moshe (Moses) to collect donations from all Israel for the building materials of the Tabernacle. He mentions the specific materials that they should bring such as gold, silver, copper, turquoise, & wool. Why must they bring specific materials?

God give His design for the tabernacle, the Holy Place, and the Holy of Holies. Every detail is laid out. Every piece has a specific purpose and function. Did you know that God also has a detailed plan, purpose, and function for your life?

#18 - Mishpatim
(Ordinances of Yahweh)
Exodus 21:1 - 24:18
February 4-10

"If a bull gores..." Do you gore others with your doctrine? Are you "a pit without water"? Do you give a well without Living Water? Find out how to give Life.

#17 - Yitro (Jethro)
Exodus 18:1 - 20:26
January 28 - February 3

Jethro is a man of the world, (just like us). Why does Jethro come to Moses? Because the whole world heard about the Red Sea (a disaster for Egypt), and then another nation destroyed - the Amalekites!! Jethro was a seeker of Truth, a man with a heart for God’s truth! He then gives his life to Yahweh, making an offering to Him, and becomes one of the First Fruits of the Gentiles. Yahweh gives us guidance; The Ten Words-Aseret haDevarim. (John 1) Yeshua at Mount Sinai-Horeb.

#16 - Beshalach
(When He Sent)
Exodus 13:17 - 17:16
January 21-27

Yahweh becomes the Guide to the Children, Joseph is honored; It’s all about His presence; Cloud & Fire. Just this section alone has three different examples of our lives; “Murmuring, grumbling, complaining”, all Evil Tongue, La shon Hara. I think we are just like them. Oh, plus there are many signs & wonders. Is that for the believers or the unbelievers?  We also have water from the Rock, Yeshua (1Cor 10:4) & the Tree of Life; “Etz Chaim”.

#15 - Bo (Come!!!)
Exodus 10:1 - 13:16
January 14 - 20

This one has it all, if you look!.. It has the Passover lamb, the first fruits, the Bread of Life, the Picture of Yeshua’s life, covenants to all His people, to all generations. My deliverer is coming!

Our deliverer has come! Have you met Him? Do you KNOW Him?

#14 - Va'era
(and I, YHVH Appeared)
Exodus 6:2 - 9:35
January 7-13

These children were promised deliverance and blessings and then they received such hardships, persecution, trials and tribulations, have you experienced any trials and tribulations? We need more straw for the brick! Where are the blessings? After the promise of the blessings and deliverance, have you ever said, “Where are you, Yeshua?”

“Those who feared the Word of the Almighty among the servants of Pharaoh brought their servants and their cattle into the houses. And those who did not pay attention to the word of the Almighty left their servants and cattle in the field." (Exodus 9:20-21) Is this the opposite of ‘The Fear of the Lord? Do you think we have been listening to the ‘Word of God’? (Study ‘Heart’, ‘Hearts’ and where they come from!)

#13 - Shemot (Names)
Exodus 1:1 - 6:1
December 31 - January 6

This representation in Exodus shows a powerful picture of many hidden meanings of salvation in Yeshua. A blessing of God’s prophecy and then persecution, trials and tribulation before the fulfillment, just like Joseph’s life & yours! You are to be the Type and Shadow!!!!!!!

#12 - Vayechi (And He Lived)
Genesis 47:28 - 50:26
December 24 - 30

I truly believe this is one of the most important understandings as to how you can be adopted into Israel. It is neither Greek nor Jew but this Spirit of Adoption, has chosen the First Born for the First fruits offering. Joseph is a type and foreshadow of Yeshua (Jesus) HaMashiach and the Bride’s Journey. These last 4 studies give us the life of Yoseph and a picture of Yeshua, and also a picture of the Bride, YOU!! It is also the depth of His anointing and his 3 realms of imprisonment; (Babylon‘s three divisions; Rev 16:19). His obedience is HIS deliverance; it is the “Yeshua Life” alive in YOU!

#11 - VaYigash
(and He Drew Near)
Genesis 44:18 - 47:27
December 17-23

Another depiction of Joseph/Yeshua the Saviour of the remnant
and a picture of a complete sell out of our lives; Give up your life & be placed in HIS hands. There are so many images of Yeshua (Jesus) in this study you can’t miss HIM if you tried! Notice that Joseph tells his brothers that he was sent ahead to prepare a way for the Remnant. We start out with, Judah “drew near: the King; Oh Yahweh! I Pray for HIS Remnant, Draw near the King! Is that something that Yahweh is putting on YOU? Now is the time to “DRAW NEAR” to HIM!!

#10 - Miketz (at the End)
Genesis 41:1 - 44:17
December 10 - 16

What a great and exciting parashah (portion)! Out of the Rivers of Egypt come 7 complete examples of Life and Death. Read on to see a special name that Joseph was given. What do you think the cows represent? How about the river? Why did Joseph make the family come back 3
times? What did Pharaoh make all of Egypt do when they were in the famine?

All of this is a picture of Yeshua and the Bride (YOU)

#9 - Vayeishev
(and He Settled)
Genesis 37:1 -40:23
December 3 - 9

Israel (Jacob) loves his son so much, he gives him a coat, like a family coat; something you would give a first-born. Joseph was the first-born of Rachel. This display of favoritism to one son caused a wild degree of resentment and jealousy. Do you think this is the kind of jealousy that Yahweh will provoke in Judah, as we see in Romans 11:11?

In his dream, all the sheaves bow down to him and also all the stars, Sun and Moon. Joseph represents the Jacob nature and his brothers represent the Esau nature. Was Joseph so loved because he was the young spoiled child or because he was the chosen and obedient son?

#8 - Vayishlach
(and He Sent)
Genesis 32:4 - 36:43
November 26 - December 2

Yaakov (Jacob) is Blessed, but doesn’t seem to spend much time with Yahweh like our mentor Abraham, much like the Bride of Messiah of today. We see that he is full of fear. So Yahweh meets with him, wrestles all night, spends all this time working out his fears of the world and worldly desires. We see a great change in Jacob; from this point on He is Israel!! It seems this change is from the letter to the Spirit, as it is becoming in You!

#7 - VaYeitzei
(He Went Out)
Genesis 28:10 - 32:3
November 19 - 25

A Love Story!!
This is YOUR Year! Seek Truth to Be Transformed!!

This portion shows us life in Yeshua, the Mayim Chaim. It also shows the deceit and the control of the worldly items in our hearts. The fear of man and of the world systems causes us to do some foolish things as we see Yakov (Jacob) doing. Yahweh made a mighty
covenant with him, the same one He made with his fathers. This is the same covenant he made with you today, because of the covenant through the seed of Abraham, Yeshua. I pray we walk in His obedience, which brings authority in your life. Let these examples in Torah encourage you to know Him in a way you have never known before.

#6 - Toldot (Generations)
Genesis 25:19 - 28:9
November 12 - 18

Be ye Transformed, This Year!

You are preparing the Toldot (Generations) to come! Who are they??

Toldot: These are the generations, descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; but these are also the Generations of Abraham & his Seed, Yeshua/Jesus, and you. All of this is from the Covenant that has been renewed from Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and then again in Jeremiah 31:31-34 and Heb 8:8-12. These are the Generations of His Love and Compassion for His Bride, through the redemption of the Son-ship and the Spirit of Adoption. Praise His Name that you can be grafted into His genealogy. This study can show us how we can choose the right birthright, the right kingdom, and how to serve the right God. We also learn how to live from the wells that give living water, that give life and give it more abundantly!

#5 - Chayei Sarah
(Sarah's Life)
Genesis 23:1 - 25:18
November 5 - 11

#4 - Vayeira (and He Appeared)
Genesis 18:1 - 22:24
October 29 - November 4

#3 - Lech Lecha
(Get Thee Out!!!)
Genesis 12:1 - 17:27
October 22 - 28

Notes that point to Yeshua:
The calling of Abram: Yahweh told Abram to leave his native/pagan land and his father’s house/land/inheritance for a new walk, a new land that Yahweh would show him, promising to make of him a great nation, bless those who blessed him, and curse those who cursed him. Follow Yahweh’s command, at age 75, Abram took his wife Sarai, his nephew Lot, and traveled to the terebinth of Moreh, (teaching) at Shechem in Canaan.

#2 - Noach (Noah)
Genesis 6:9 - 11:32
October 15 - 21

Notes that point to Yeshua:
The calling of Abram: Yahweh told Abram to leave his native/pagan land and his father’s house/land/inheritance for a new walk, a new land that Yahweh would show him, promising to make of him a great nation, bless those who blessed him, and curse those who cursed him. Follow Yahweh’s command, at age 75, Abram took his wife Sarai, his nephew Lot, and traveled to the terebinth of Moreh, (teaching) at Shechem in Canaan.

#1 - B'reshiyth
(In the Beginning)
Genesis 1:1 - 6:8
October 8 - 14

Start the Biblical year out with a Great Hunger and Thirst for HIS Righteousness and the Word, Yeshua

Gen 1:1 "B'reshiyth bara' elohim את et ha shamayim v'et את ha eretz

1:1 Gen בראשׁית ברא אלהים את השׁמים ואת הארץ׃

In The Beginning was the את aleph-Tav (H853) heaven & the את Aleph Tav (H853) earth. John said in Revelation that Yeshua is the Aleph-Tav. YESHUA is the Aleph-Tav!!!

Everything was created by Yeshua. Rev 4:11, Col 1:6; Jn 1:3
This is the Year to Build the Body. I Cor 14:12
