The Covenant was given to Israel, not a church or synagogue, but HIS people-Israel and also those that are not with them on that Day. Who could this be? Covenant is the Exchange of Lifestyles, Yahweh’s Lifestyle. Remember Baal Peor? (Numbers 25:3) This was the Exchange of Lifestyles of the World.

Deuteronomy 31:1-3 And Moshe went & spoke these words to all Yisra’ĕl, said to them, “I am one hundred-twenty years old today. I am no longer able to go out & come in. And יהוה has said to me, ‘You do not pass over this Yardĕn.’ “יהוה your Elohim Himself is passing over before you. He shall destroy these nations from before you and you possess them. Yehoshua himself is passing over before you, as יהוה has spoken.
